The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, which you can find at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. PBC legal does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Dispute resolution
In the event of disputes between lawyers and clients, the competent regional bar associations have set up a dispute resolution body which acts upon request; Section 73 (2) No. 3, (5) BRAO. For PBC legal this is the Karlsruhe Bar Association; www.rak-karlsruhe.de.
Dispute resolution can also take place at the Federal Bar Association/Dispute Resolution Board in Berlin; www.brak.de/die-brak/schlichtungsstelle/ , e-mail: schlichtungsstelle@brak.de
In addition, for property disputes arising from the client-lawyer relationship, there is the arbitration board of the legal profession, Neue Grünstraße 17, 10179 Berlin; www.s-d-r.org. This is a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the Consumer Dispute Settlement Act (VSBG). PBC legal does not participate in this latter arbitration.
